Managing digital data. GPS topographic survey, gathering field date, processing data using AutoCAD Civil 3D and mapping.

Ensure compliance of company policies/procedures by all employees. • Establish system & procedures to deliver accurate surveying consistently across    projects. • Train/coach staff for best practice. • Maintained with up to date calibration. • Liaise with client team and respond to feedback • Audit/monitor regularly report findings. • Implement improvements. • Ensure operations are conducted to a high standard which meets or exceeds client requirements • Ensure proper quality control procedures are utilized • Effectively control costs • Obtain approved variances • Communicate approved variances to all project personnel • Participate in the project start up meetings and ensure an absolute understanding of all topics discussed • Ensure subordinates understand all Client requirements. • Organize and coordinate the daily activities of subordinates. • Schedule employee work breaks and rotations of assigned personnel • Order equipment and supplies and approve expenditures • Release crews and personnel from the project once operations have been completed to the satisfaction of the client • Completes all necessary paperwork • Maintenance, care and inventory of all assigned equipment • Inform Reporting Manager of any problems and/or concerns
• Accurately performing the surveying activities and calculations for building setting out / running activities as per approved.
• Reducing the project cost due to non-alignment or eccentric of project activities by accurate surveying techniques.
• Documentation of all Projects processes and procedures.
Timely implementation/adopting of project quality plan safety plan/ construction methods.
• Correctly follow the process of HR/Finance/Procurements etc. To reduces the process time & duplication.
• Timely conducting the equipment calibration & preventing from damages.
• Improving quality of work as per standard specification and tolerance limit.
• Computation of gathered survey data for the production of as-built drawings as required by the project.
• Responsible for training of Assistant Surveyors.
• Responsible for basic land survey training of Project/Site Engineers

Pre-Construction Stage:
Undertake marking of boundary after the site is handed over; ensure marking of survey reference pillars; verify and certify survey pillars PMS. Carry out surveys for making grids.
Prepare and approve excavation drawings with respect to construction drawings; ensure marking of excavation layout site; verify & measure excavation layout in coordination.
                                                 
Post Construction Stage:
Crosscheck the line and level of structures on a daily basis. Inform the concerned authority in case of any deviations.
Ensure that proper marking is carried out daily depending upon the needs of Site Engineer. Verify and measure structural marking jointly with PMS and get approval from the consultant.
Take measurement every month and submit to Site Engineer and Quantity Survey Department for preparation of bills.
                                                 
Quality and Safety:
Ensure compliance to Quality, Safety and Environment standard.
Responsible for developing a survey team for the Project.
Identify the training requirement of survey team and periodically review their performance.
